Outline

The Henley DBA program follows a two-stage structure:

Stage 1

• Completion of five compulsory modules within the first 18 months of the program:
• Introduction to Academic Research
• Introduction to Research Design and Methodology
• Introduction to Qualitative Techniques
• Introduction to Quantitative Techniques
• Completing your Research - Contribution and Impact
• Personal Development
• Each module has workshops, some of which can be attended remotely upon request.
• Each module features assessed assignments.
• Optional modules available:
• Advanced Qualitative Methods
• Understanding Management and Financial Research
• International Business and International Human Resource Management
• Long Run Development of International Business Theory
• Confirmation of Registration milestone between 18-36 months into the DBA.

Stage 2

• Development of personal research area
• Completion of a Personal Action Research Project
