This interactive and practical course is delivered over three days, covering:
- Day 1: Scrum Essentials – Understanding Agile ways of working, with a focus on Scrum fundamentals.
- Days 2–3: AgilePM Foundation – Applying Agile principles to project management, including roles, processes, planning, and risk management.
At the end of the course, participants will take the AgilePM Foundation exam.

Course Delivery
This course is taught both online and on-campus (see booking table). When taught on-campus, it takes place at our Marylebone Campus in central London, within easy walking distance of Regent's Park and Marylebone High Street.
Teaching and Assessment
Our teaching approach is interactive and learner-focused, ensuring you gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The assessment consists of the AgilePM Foundation exam, which is a multiple-choice test conducted at the end of the course. This is a 40-minute exam with a 60% pass mark.
