PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
This course includes five modules which can help fast-track your SEO skills.
MODULE 1 – SEO & SEARCH ENGINE FUNDAMENTALS
This module introduces the basic concepts that underpin SEO, such as how search engines are used, how search algorithms align results to search queries and the benefits of SEO for a business. It continues by drilling deeper into those fundamentals with Google’s search engine algorithm, its sub-algorithms and the key ranking factors. It covers the core principles of SEO, key SEO objectives, their associated tactics and techniques, and the metrics used to track their performance for websites.
MODULE 2 – IMPROVING WEBSITE PERFORMANCE
This module introduces a range of methods which can help you to improve your website’s performance. It covers how to improve technical SEO for your website, including techniques for troubleshooting technical SEO, crawlability and performance issues and improving site speed. The module concludes by covering the skills you need to cultivate in order to tackle workplace difficulties and become an effective problem-solver.
MODULE 3 – OPTIMIZING ON-PAGE AND CONTENT PERFORMANCE
This module introduces methods for improving the on-page optimization of your website. It covers the different tools you can use to carry out keyword research and on-page optimization, as well as best practices for optimizing your webpages. The module also explores how to build an SEO content plan based on strategic keywords. It covers the benefits of using keyword research when choosing which content themes to develop and the steps involved in undertaking keyword research. Throughout the module, you are provided with a number of SEO audit and keyword research tools designed to help you improve your search engine ranking.

MODULE 4 – ENHANCING OFF-PAGE AND LOCAL SEO
This module introduces best practices for improving off-page optimization and local SEO. It covers how to build and maintain backlinks to your website in order to improve your search ranking. It concludes by demonstrating how you can improve your website’s local and international SEO which will help your business to be more visible in a variety of different search results.

MODULE 5 – STRATEGY AND EVALUATING PERFORMANCE
This module introduces how to implement an SEO campaign strategically and how to measure its effectiveness. It covers how you can evaluate the keywords used on your website, as well as the different tools you can use to conduct competitor research. It then demonstrates how to select tactics and best practices for tracking and measuring search channel performance in a search strategy. The module concludes by identifying the reporting tools, platforms and techniques to use to evaluate search strategy performance and the best practices for integrating web analytics with inbound and outbound campaigns to identify high-performing search campaigns.
