Program Overview
An exciting two-year journey of growth and transformation, the Evening EMBA is a high touch programme offering an immersive experience focused on experiential learning. The programme will further develop and enhance your strategic leadership skills, accelerate your progress into senior level roles and help you to prepare for c-suite level positions. You will benefit from our tailored careers and professional development offering throughout the programme.
Aimed at: You will be at executive level, with previous leadership or management experience and looking to continue your successful career whilst you study part-time.
Format: You’ll study on a part-time basis over two years. In person teaching is delivered on campus in London two evenings a week. This format is designed to allow you to take your in-class learnings and apply them into your workplace, where you will see the immediate benefits to you and your organisation.
You’ll learn from our first-rate faculty, and study alongside an exceptional cohort from a wide range of, industries, backgrounds, experience and seniority, allowing you to benefit and learn from their unique perspectives.
Program Outline
Significantly, our MBA alumni have access to one free elective every year. This means you can continue to study with us beyond graduation, and benefit from annual upskilling and lifelong learning as your career evolves, as well as enjoying an ongoing relationship with us.
Your career

Now working in fintech, Kety describes how the Executive MBA helped her secure the c-suite role.Your professional development starts even before you join Bayes, with our online pre-study careers course. We then build your career development into your studies. Our Careers team use their career and executive coaching qualifications, and their experience of working in talent management, to support you through key stages of your career development.
Our careers curriculum focuses on the essential skills expected from Executive MBAs. At the Postgraduate Career and Professional Development Centre, you'll receive guidance and skills to progress in your senior leadership journey. We'll base your personalised professional development plan on your career objectives, and we'll support you with one-to-one coaching and workshops to help you sharpen your skills.

Achieving Your Potential Weekend
Held off-site at a location just outside of London, you will embark on a weekend focused on reflection and your future career goals aided by leading careers coaches.

Electives
Tailor your experience on the Executive MBA with options to concentrate your knowledge on specific areas or keep it general. There are also a number of international study tours which will immerse you in a particular global business environment. These are completed over the second year.
September - September
Business Mastery Project
The final piece of your Executive MBA is an individual research led piece of work which you can present as a research project, business plan or consultancy. Completed in the final year, you will deliver this project in August.
January
Graduation
Upon successful completion of the Executive MBA you will celebrate with your cohort at a world-class centre, The Barbican.
Lifelong Learning
As a Bayes alumni, you are entitled to one free elective every year. If you missed a subject or need skills in a new area, return to classroom to keep upskilling.
We have now included international electives into lifelong learning, participation is subject to a fee and availability.
