- A National Framework for Qualification Level 8 award with a 2.2 grade in a relevant discipline is desirable.
International Students:
- A recognised primary degree which is considered equivalent to the Irish University primary degree level
- English language proficiency:
- IELTS: 6.5 overall, with no band less than 6.0
- TOEFL: 90 overall, with no skill less than 20
- Other equivalent tests
RPL Applicants:
- Applicants without a primary or higher degree may be eligible for entry via Maynooth University's Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
