ARU Writtle's BSc (Hons) Agriculture (Regenerative Systems and Livestock) is the first of its kind in the UK. This course responds to the changes in the agricultural sector, policy-making, and consumer behavior. It focuses on livestock with modules on livestock production, technology, and management. This program emphasizes soil health and the integration of livestock. Students will learn about minimizing soil disturbance, maintaining soil cover, reducing pesticide and artificial fertilizer use, and using grass leys to build fertility and provide food for livestock.
