This module, designed for qualified social workers, will have you thinking of the ‘bigger picture’. You’ll learn about international perspectives, for example, on the sustainability of social work and the impact of structures and language when doing social work. We’ll embrace experiences of race and identity, with a focus for outcomes that transparently demonstrate our commitment to diversity and promoting inclusion. Sessions are delivered by experts in their field and with a focus for research and contemporary practice contexts.

- Qualified social workers registered with Social Work England and social care professionals.
- This course is suitable for continuing professional development across the spectrum of adult/child services – of newly qualified and experienced social workers – and in the context of meeting professional, ethical standards.
