Equine First Aid
Overview
This short course is a blend of demonstration and practical experience. Topics you'll cover include temperature, pulse, respiration, colic, bandaging, and applying a foot poultice. Advice will also be given on post-veterinary care.
Who Should Attend?
This three-hour workshop is ideal for first-time horse owners or anyone wanting to find out more about horse care.

Entry Requirements
You must be over 14 to join this course; parental consent will be required.
There are no formal entry requirements, though please come appropriately dressed for an equine yard with an approved riding hat, gloves, and boots.
By making a booking, you are declaring yourself medically fit to participate in the course.
