Whole course
With our Fintech and Data Analysis MBA you’ll explore how FinTech has already transformed how we do business, look at current trends and where FinTech is going next, and learn how to use Python to solve financial problems.
You’ll develop an understanding of the source and structure of Big Data, and the tools used to generate predictive analytics. You’ll also practice financial modelling and business forecasting using linear and non-linear financial methods.
You’ll learn about the main themes and principles of marketing, how they apply in a variety of business contexts, and the marketing challenges currently faced by brands and organisations. You’ll also find out how to use strategic analysis and formulation to drive performance.
You’ll discover classical and contemporary theories of leadership, learn about change management, and develop your own leadership style.
Finally, you’ll carry out a substantial individual research project on a relevant topic of your choice under the supervision of an appropriate member of academic staff.
Modules are subject to change and availability.
Assessment will take a variety of forms that reflect the innovative and varied nature of FinTech. These include written assignments, portfolio development, presentations, case studies, examinations and group work. The assessment will be directed to both test your achievement in the outcomes of the modules but also to develop your wider skills and knowledge in the area of financial innovation.

Entry Requirements
- A first degree of 2:2 or above plus relevant experience.
- If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
