Entry Requirements

  • 96 UCAS Tariff points
  • 3 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above, including English
  • If English is not your first language, you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification

Fees and Paying for University

  • Tuition fees for UK students: £9,535 (2025/26)
  • Tuition fees for international students: £16,700 (2025/26)
  • You will be responsible for your own travel, accommodation, DBS, and any general living costs associated with your placement/s during the programme
  • You will be required to register with the DBS online update service, at a cost of £13 per year
  • At Level 5, you will have the opportunity to undertake Level 1 Makaton as part of the Understanding Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities module, which will incur an additional charge of £50
  • At Level 6, you will attend a four-day European residential trip as part of the Cross-Cultural Perspectives of Health and Social Care module, which will incur additional costs for meals, passport, insurance, and visa (if applicable)
