Learn to use a pallet and bulk group 3 lift truck for lifting and loading weights and stillages with this two-day Lantra Awards approved course.

Pallet and bulk without stabilisers - group 3


Topics you'll cover include routine maintenance, safe use and operational techniques. If you need to use other implements you'll need further training.


The instructor/student ratio is 1:3.


Free parking is available on campus in Writtle: we'll issue a permit to you and ask that it's clearly displayed in your vehicle. Tea and coffee-making facilities are available; please bring a packed lunch and any other refreshments.


Who Should Attend?

This training is suitable for novice workers who are required to use a lift truck for lifting and loading weights and stillages.

Entry Requirements

We're governed by Health and Safety Executive (HSE) regulations and protective clothing and equipment must be used: steel toe capped boots or shoes, gloves and suitable protective clothing which provides full cover for arms and legs. We also strongly recommend wearing a high-visibility vest.
