Program Overview

This apprenticeship program combines a Cert HE in Site Management with two years of work experience, preparing individuals for roles such as Assistant Site Manager or Construction Site Supervisor. Upon completion, participants can join a Construction Site Management Degree Apprenticeship to earn a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and advance their career prospects in construction leadership.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have a Cert HE in Site Management and a minimum of two years' relevant work experience. The skills, knowledge and experience you develop during the course will prepare you for roles such as Assistant Site Manager, Assistant Supervisor or Construction Site Supervisor. In the case of SME construction companies, the roles are likely to include Site Manager or Site Supervisor. You will also have the opportunity to join our Construction Site Management Degree Apprenticeship, and top up your Cert HE to a full BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management and further enhance your career prospects in construction leadership.
