Program Overview

The BSc (Hons) Sports Science with Exercise Referral program at ARU Writtle prepares students to support individuals with health conditions in increasing physical activity. It emphasizes physiology, nutrition, psychology, and the social identity approach to sport and exercise. Through practical assessments, hands-on learning, and expert instruction, graduates are equipped for careers in exercise rehabilitation, coaching, and the health and wellbeing sector.
