Program Overview
Our Foundation Programme in Computer Science is specifically designed for international students who have completed high school and wish to progress to computer science-related undergraduate courses in English-speaking countries.
Successful completion offers a pathway to an extensive range of undergraduate programmes at leading universities in the UK and Australia.
You will develop the language, learning and communication skills required for undergraduate study as well as completing a project and studying the following key academic subjects:
Physics
An introduction to the applications of physics and their importance to different fields of human activity. You will also learn the skills required for designing, conducting and analysing experiments.
Further Mathematics & Mechanics
An essential subject for students wishing to progress to degrees in any engineering field.
Computer Science
You will study a range of topics including, Artificial Intelligence(AI), programming, databases, IT security, and web development. The module is practically based with a strong emphasis on applying learning to real life situations.
