Program Overview

The Kinesiology: Physical Activity Epidemiology, Ph.D. program prepares students for research and teaching in physical activity epidemiology. The program covers epidemiologic and statistical methods, physical activity measurement, and the relationship between physical activity and health and disease. Graduates may pursue careers as research scientists, health promotion specialists, or physical activity program coordinators.
