Program Overview

The Insurance Proficiency Certificate is a 16-credit program that prepares students for entry-level roles in insurance sales. It offers two pathways: Finance and Data Analysis & Real Estate. The program equips students with the knowledge and skills to determine loss exposure, identify and evaluate insurance, and specialize in finance or data analysis. Graduates can pursue careers as Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerks, Health Information Technologists and Medical Registrars, or Medical Records Specialists.
