Program Overview

The PGCE Primary with QTS from Swansea University Schools' Partnership is a one-year program that prepares students for teaching in primary schools in Wales. It offers specialization in Foundation Phase, Key Stage 2, or All-Age contexts, and includes a research-informed approach to teaching and learning. Upon successful completion, graduates are recommended for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible for employment as Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs).
