Erasmus Plus Programme – Teachers' Mobility

The Erasmus Plus Programme is a European Union initiative that provides financial assistance to teachers and educational staff for professional development. Britannia English Academy works in partnership with the Erasmus Plus Programme to offer a range of courses for teachers.

About the Programme

The Erasmus Plus Programme is designed to support the professional development of teachers and educational staff. The programme offers financial assistance to individuals who wish to participate in training courses, conferences, and other professional development activities.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Erasmus Plus Programme, applicants must be teachers or educational staff from EU member states or other European countries. Applications for funding must be made by schools, colleges, or universities, and schools are required to register their interest and submit proposals to their National Agency before the annual deadline.

Course Details

• General English and Conversation lessons: Start any Monday, level from A1 to C2, suitable for teachers of any subject
• General English with teaching workshops: Start any Monday, minimum level of English B1, suitable for teachers of any subject
• Creative methodology: Start any Monday, minimum level of English B2, suitable for teachers of English or another language
• CLIL: Start any Monday, minimum level of English B1, suitable for teachers of any subject but not teachers of English
• Exam Preparation: Start any Monday, minimum level of English B2, suitable for teachers of any subject
• EMI Course for University Lecturers: Start any Monday, minimum level of English B2, suitable for university lecturers and professors of any subject

Intensity and Price

The academy offers two intensity options:

• Intensive – 20 lessons: £205 per week (1 week course), £380 per week (2 weeks course)
• Intensive – 30 lessons: £292 per week (1 week course), £554 per week (2 weeks course)

What is Included

Both intensity options include:

• 20 or 30 lessons per week (choice of General English, Conversation, Business, or Exam Preparation)
• Free level test
• Course report
• Language certificate

Accommodation

The academy can also provide accommodation options, such as host family or student residence, for an additional fee.
