Program Overview

The Mental Health Specialist program equips students with the knowledge and skills to manage mental health programs and services. The 15-week program covers topics such as child mental health, trauma, homelessness, and Indigenous approaches to wellness. Graduates can pursue careers in various mental health support roles, including family social service worker, community mental health worker, and addiction and counseling support worker.
