Master of Architecture (Professional)
The Master of Architecture (Professional) is a two-year program that prepares students for a career as a registered architect. Fees
- Domestic: $11,851.60 (for 120 points), comprising $10,630 tuition fees and $1,221.60 student services levy
- International: $46,621.60 (for 120 points), comprising $45,400 tuition fees and $1,221.60 student services levy

- International students' tuition fees reflect the full cost of tuition, while domestic students' tuition fees are less due to a proportion of the tuition fees being funded by the New Zealand Government.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum entry requirements:
- Completion of the Bachelor of Architecture and Future Environments or equivalent with a B grade average or higher in courses at level 7
- Submission of a portfolio of work, cover letter, and/or attendance at a selection interview
- International student entry requirements:
- English language requirements: IELTS (Academic) 6.5 overall with all bands 6.0 or higher, or equivalent
Program Structure
The program is mainly studio-based, with a focus on integrating social and technical knowledge into core design processes. Students will design a range of buildings at different scales and levels of complexity.
