Degree Overview:
The Master of Design is a postgraduate design degree that advances your design expertise and empowers your decision-making. This program aims to enhance your design research skills, cultivate ethical responsibility and social awareness, and explore the implications of working as a designer across cultural, social, and industrial contexts.
Outline:
The Master of Design program offers two options:
- Option 1 - by thesis: 60 points of coursework and a 120 point thesis.
- Option 2 - by project: 90 points of coursework and a 90 point research project.

Entry Requirements:
- Minimum entry requirements
- Bachelor of Design or equivalent with a B grade average or higher in the courses at level 7 or above
- In exceptional circumstances, an applicant who does not meet the requirements above, but who has an appropriate combination of academic and professional experience may be considered for admission*
