Program Overview

This program provides the skills and knowledge necessary for a career in the culinary arts. Students will learn the fundamentals of cooking, including knife skills, food preparation, and cooking techniques. They will also gain experience in kitchen management and food safety. Upon completion of the program, students will be prepared for entry-level positions in the food service industry, such as chef or chef de partie.
