Program Overview

Purdue University Northwest's Organizational Leadership and Supervision program with the Project Leadership for Construction Trades pathway prepares construction workers to become project supervisors. The program combines leadership skills with construction management knowledge, equipping graduates with the abilities to lead teams, manage projects, and ensure project success in the construction industry.
