The HTC Translational Health - Applied Health degree program offers exceptional students the opportunity to study health and wellness in one-on-one interactions with Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, and other health-related faculty members. Students can select either an Applied Nutrition track or an Exercise Physiology track. The program is designed to prepare students for graduate or professional study in fields such as medical school, physician's assistant, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, athletic training, and community and applied health.

Program Description:
The program consists of eight tutorials, including two devoted to a thesis. Tutorials include experiences with basic and applied research, clinical experience, and community health and wellness. Students also complete core courses not covered by tutorials and an appropriate number of approved electives.

Students are evaluated through written assignments, written exams, oral exams, discussions, student presentations, and participation in research or programs.
