Program Overview

The OHIO-OHSM Athletic Training Residency in Pediatrics offers advanced education and clinical practice for certified athletic trainers specializing in the care of pediatric and adolescent athletes. The program includes coursework in anatomy, evidence-based care, and psychosocial issues, as well as supervised clinical practice in high schools, middle schools, and physician practices. Residents complete a capstone project and receive a salary, benefits, and continuing education funds.
