The Master of Music in Music Therapy program offers advanced coursework for music therapy professionals with MT-BC credentials. Students without music therapy backgrounds can pursue the program with an equivalency option. Degree Overview:

• The Master of Music in Music Therapy degree (34 credits) is for students who hold an undergraduate degree in music therapy and have earned the MT-BC credential.
• The Master of Music degree plus Music Therapy Equivalency is for students who hold an undergraduate degree in music, but not music therapy.

Objectives:

• Students accepted into the graduate program in music therapy will engage in graduate level music therapy coursework (34 credits) with more depth and focus on advanced professional competencies.
