The program is an interdisciplinary Organizational Studies major leading to a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. The program has been designed for students wanting to study organizational behavior and structure in the public and private realms without limiting themselves to one of the participating disciplines. The main objective is to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills required to prepare them for entry-level administrative positions in both public and private organizations. A minor is also required.
