Program Overview

This minor in chemistry is open to students from other disciplines. It requires 16 hours of required courses in general and organic chemistry, and 8 hours of electives in chemistry at the 2000-level or higher. The program provides a foundation in the principles of chemistry and prepares students for careers in fields that require a basic understanding of chemistry.
