Program Overview

This combined B.S. in Journalism and M.A. in Sociology program equips students with a deep understanding of social movements, cultural practices, and societal formations. It develops investigative skills for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on social trends and structures. Graduates are prepared for careers in media, reporting, social networking, non-profit organizations, advertising, and public relations.
