Program Overview

The Childhood and Childhood Special Education Master of Science in Education (Career Change) program prepares college graduates to become certified Special Education Teachers for Grades 1-6. The program includes core courses in childhood education and special education, with a focus on identifying and remediating learning and behavior disorders. Graduates are eligible for both initial and professional certification as Special Education Teachers.
