Program Overview

The legal studies minor at the University of Mount Union equips students with a comprehensive understanding of the American legal system, developing their critical thinking, analytical skills, and appreciation for the law. Through coursework and practical experiences, students gain insights into the structure and function of the court system, criminal and civil justice systems, and the challenges of law school. The program prepares students for careers in law, criminal justice, government, business, and other fields where legal knowledge is valuable.
