Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:

  • Completed a FNP degree or certificate from an accredited program.
  • Official transcripts of all graduate academic work from each college or institution of higher learning attended.
  • GPA: A cumulative undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Applicants who do not meet the minimum GPA requirement, but whose application contains evidence suggesting strong academic ability, may be considered for admission on a case-by-case basis.
  • Verification of a current, unencumbered RN and APRN license and expiration date in the state where the student is licensed and practices and will be completing practicum hours.
  • Verification of FNP credentials, if not specifically listed on APRN license.
