Program Overview

Fairleigh Dickinson University's Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration (MAHEA) is a 36-credit online program that prepares students for administrative and student support roles in higher education. The program offers four specialization areas: College Student Personnel, Student Affairs, Higher Education Leadership, and Higher Education Policy and Law. Students complete a required internship and are assessed through exams, projects, papers, presentations, and internship evaluations. Graduates are equipped for careers in admissions, financial aid, student affairs, and other areas of higher education administration.
