Program Overview

The Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours)/Bachelor of Property and Real Estate is a five-year program that combines construction management and property and real estate knowledge. Students will learn about building practice, technology, economics, and law, as well as property market analysis and valuation. Graduates will be prepared for careers in the construction management and property industry, including roles such as construction manager, property developer, and real estate agent.
