Study Options

The BA (Hons) Criminology with Foundation Year program is available to study through Arden's blended learning study mode at our campuses in London Tower Hill and Manchester. Blended learning combines face-to-face classes with online learning, providing students with the flexibility to balance their studies with other commitments.


Full-time Blended Learning

Full-time blended learning students attend classes two days a week, with the remaining study time spent on independent learning. This study mode is ideal for students who prefer the structure of regular face-to-face classes with their tutor and fellow classmates.


Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the BA (Hons) Criminology with Foundation Year program, students must meet the following entry requirements:


  • A minimum of 45 credits at Level 3 completed within the last 3 years, or an equivalent qualification.
  • If students do not meet these requirements, they may be considered based on a minimum of 12 months of professional work experience evidenced by a CV and reference.
  • English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 80; or equivalent.
