Program Overview

The Food Service Worker program is a one-semester program that provides students with the knowledge and skills to work in healthcare food services. The program includes classroom and online courses, as well as a four-week work placement. Graduates of the program are prepared for careers as dietary aides, nutrition aides, and health care food service workers in long-term care homes, retirement homes, and hospitals.
