Program Overview

This program prepares students for careers as medical laboratory assistants/technicians, who perform specimen collection, ECGs, and basic laboratory testing under the supervision of a medical laboratory technologist. Employment opportunities exist in clinics, private laboratories, hospital laboratories, government, research, and veterinary laboratories.
