Program Overview

Centennial College's Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic program equips students with the theoretical and practical skills to become apprentices in the trade. Through a combination of classroom instruction, laboratory sessions, and a co-op work placement, graduates gain proficiency in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The program prepares students for careers as HVAC technicians, service technicians, installers, and project managers, meeting the growing demand for skilled professionals in the industry.
