Program Overview
Alvernia's Technical Theatre program offers associate and bachelor's degrees, preparing students for backstage roles in performance venues and media sets. Through a partnership with the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, students gain access to industry professionals and facilities. Graduates can pursue careers as stage technicians, theatre directors, or production managers in various industries, including entertainment, media, and construction.

Alvernia’s Technical Theatre program prepares students to work in all facets of "backstage" tasks. It provides them with the tools to develop creatively in league with college and community partners to make the tomorrow we can’t imagine today.

Teaching:
