Program Overview

The Sport Science Diploma program at Douglas College provides a comprehensive understanding of the scientific principles of sport and exercise. Students can specialize in kinesiology or health and recreation, and gain practical experience through the optional Co-operative Education Program. The program prepares graduates for a variety of careers in the sport and fitness industry, including athletic trainer, coach, fitness instructor, and sport administrator.
