Program Overview

This four-year program prepares students to teach all subjects in grades K-6. It combines content courses with education courses to ensure students know both what and how to teach. The program also encourages students to earn Teacher of the Student with Disabilities (TOSD) Certification. Prior to student teaching, students must maintain a 3.0 GPA, pass the Praxis exam, and demonstrate successful acquisition of Caldwell University Teacher Education Accreditation Council (TEAC) claims.
