Program Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education is an interdisciplinary program that combines coursework from various departments to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of public health. The program emphasizes the examination of factors affecting population health, the development and implementation of health promotion programs, and the analysis of data to inform evidence-based interventions. Students complete experiential field internships and a capstone project that includes a community health assessment and population-based intervention.
