Program Overview

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician (Co-op) program at Fanshawe College is a two-year Ontario College Diploma that prepares students for careers in the manufacturing industry. Students will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge CNC and CAD/CAM equipment and develop skills in numerically controlled machine programming, tool design, production planning, and more. The program includes eight months of paid co-op work experience, providing students with valuable industry experience. Graduates will be qualified for roles such as Manufacturing Technician, Junior Programmer Analyst, and Process Technician.
