Program Overview

This program prepares students for careers as emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and paramedics. The program includes coursework in emergency medical services, patient assessment, and treatment. Graduates of the program will be qualified to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, ambulance services, and fire departments. Employment in this field is projected to grow much faster than average over the next decade.
