Biology Post-Baccalaureate Program
Introduction
The Marymount Manhattan Post-Bac in Biology prepares students for medical, dental, nursing, veterinary, and other health programs. Students receive individual attention from expert professors in a close-knit liberal arts environment, right in the heart of New York City.
Why Pursue a Biology Post-Bac at MMC?
The program offers course sequences appropriate for M.D., D.O., P.A., P.T., R.N., D.V.M., D.D.S., and other allied health programs. Students choose from an array of biology, chemistry, physics, and math courses, working closely with faculty advisors to determine appropriate placement based on academic experience and career goals.

Program Highlights
Small Class Sizes
Classes are made up of less than 20 students, and lab sections have a maximum capacity of 12. Students learn from full-time faculty who are experts in the field; no teaching assistants!
Career Assistance
A pre-health committee of faculty members guides students in career goals, entrance exam preparation, and application and reference letter processes. Priority applications to the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Touro College of Pharmacy through partnership agreements.
