Program Overview
The Lil'wat Nation Language & Culture Certificate program at Capilano University is a five-year program that focuses on developing Ucwalmícwts (Lil'wat) language skills while also providing education on the history and culture of the Lil'wat Nation. The program is designed for current or future teachers of the Lil'wat language and offers introductory language courses as well as literature and other electives relevant to Lil'wat language and culture.
