What You Will Study
For each 8-point subject you are enrolled in, you should expect to spend 10 to 12 hours per week working on assignments and assigned readings, tutorial assistance, individual or group research/study, forum activity, workplace learning, and attending lectures, intensive schools, or examinations. If you are studying four subjects per session, this is equivalent to a full-time job. The workload for some subjects may vary as a result of approved course design.
Intensive School
You may need to attend an online or on-campus intensive school for certain subjects in this course. These schools usually involve lectures, tutorials and practicals that will give you a deeper understanding of your subject.

Alternate Pathway
Students can request to alter their structure with approval of the Course Director in consultation with Honours Advisors and Supervisors as follows: HRS425 Honours in Science Fundamentals (24) Replaced by HRS426 Honours in Science Fundamentals (16) PLUS one Level 4/5 8-point elective in the student's discipline

Entry Requirements
- Selection rank: TBA
- Academic entry requirements: A completed three or four year Bachelor degree in Health or Science disciplines from an Australian University or approved overseas university with equivalent Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 5.0 (7 point scale).
- Selection into an Honours degree: Will depend upon high academic merit and the availability of two supervisors who are suitable in relation to the student's desired research topic. At least one potential supervisor should be consulted by the student prior to applying, should give their in-principle support for the project discussed, and should be named in the student's application.
- Language requirements: Standard English Language Proficiency (ELP) requirements apply.
