Program Overview

This program prepares students for careers in volume catering, both in-house and off-premise. It covers proper techniques and approaches to volume catering, including safe handling and transportation. Students participate in lab assignments that may include both on-site and off-site events. The program includes courses such as Kitchen Basics, Catering, and Banquet.
