What You Will Study
- Essential Set (32 points):
- Core subjects (16 credit points), credit only based on completion of IECL Organisational Coaching Level 1 Certification and IECL Organisational Coaching Level 2 Certification.
- Restricted elective (16 credit points): Select two subjects from a list including Theory to Practice of Leadership, Toxic Leadership, Contemporary Issues in Leadership, Difference and Leadership, The Leadership Challenge, and Leadership in Teams.
