Program Overview

The Pharmacy Technician Certificate of Achievement program prepares students for entry-level employment as pharmacy technicians. The curriculum includes courses in basic pharmacology, medication dosage calculations, pharmacy technician roles and responsibilities, and health science informatics. Graduates are eligible to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board exam and may seek employment in hospitals, community pharmacies, and home health care settings.
